Important Dates  

All booths must be set by 16:30 on Monday, 06 March.

The Exhibitor Service Desk will be open during Move-In.

Each 10' x 10' booth/stand includes:

8' High Red & Black Draped Backwall
3' High Black Draped Siderails
1 - 77" x 44" Identification Sign with Company Name & Booth Number

The aisles will be carpeted.  Color: Tuxedo (Black & Grey speckled)

Exhibitors must carpet their booth/stand spaces at their own expense.

Outside carriers must be checked in at the Marshaling Yard by 18:00 on Thursday, 09 March or by Friday, 10 March at 14:00 for all remaining outbound shipments. Please see the Move-Out Information sheet in the Manual for more details.

NOTE: All drivers, commercial and POV, must check-in at the Marshaling Yard and be staged for loading; please provide your carrier with the Marshaling Yard Map.
